Cooking episode: How to roast turkey in an 18-qt roaster oven for moist tender breast meat. In this method, Nadia Giordana is cutting up the turkey for even and moist cooking. She also makes a healthier, lower calorie (but very tasty) dressing/stuffing made with quinoa. Special note: This method is focused on making turkey to be cut up sliced before serving and placed on a platter. It is not for presenting a whole turkey.
